The following Terms and Conditions apply to all of our services, and any online, printed or verbal marketing or communication with Right Minded Strategies.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Your sessions with Right Minded Strategies are all completely confidential.
There are situations where, if they present, I will be required to break that confidentiality.
These instances are:
Cancellation Policy:
I acknowledge that unless I give 24 hours notice of a session cancellation, a session booking may be charged in full.
Consent:
I recognise that I am seeking alternative, non-medical treatment that may not be supported or endorsed by established medical practice and consent to the use of hypnosis as a treatment tool during my hypnosis session/s.
HEALTH FUND MEMBERSHIP
Health fund rebates vary between funds and levels of cover. Additionally, changes in policy can occur at any time. We cannot tell you if your particular insurance policy will cover your hypnotherapy sessions, or what your rebate will be.
CONFIDENTIALITY

- I am required by law (subpoena or for mandatory reporting)
